My creative journey began in 2011 as a junior copywriter at BBDO, and I’ve since grown into the role of group head at one of the fastest-growing agencies in the country. Over the years, I’ve developed impactful ideas for TV, online ads, and digital platforms, which have significantly enhanced brand visibility and won numerous tenders.
I also played a pivotal role in launching and building an in-house creative agency for the region’s largest advertiser, where I was responsible for assembling and developing the creative team from scratch.
I’m particularly interested in taking on tasks that optimize internal workflows within creative departments and improve collaboration between marketing, creative, and production teams. I’m passionate about finding creative solutions to strategic challenges and fostering environments where teams work efficiently and effectively to achieve better marketing results.
With a deep passion for creativity, I’ve crafted ideas and stories that have boosted brand visibility across TV, online, and digital platforms. My extensive experience in marketing and creative execution allows me to develop campaigns that resonate with audiences and meet brand objectives.
In recent years, I’ve expanded into CGI production, overseeing the entire creative process from concept to final delivery, ensuring precision and timely execution.

I am proud to have been part of the team that launched SberMarketing. Currently, SberMarketing is a full-cycle advertising agency serving the largest advertiser in the region — Sber and its ecosystem brands.
I played a significant role in hiring, developing, and managing the creative team during the launch and subsequent development of the agency. Just a year after its launch, the agency had already won the confidence of Sber’s marketing leadership and was established as a pivotal partner for Sber, on par with esteemed network agencies such as Leo Burnett and Havas.
Over the next couple of years, the agency has consistently been recognized at various creative festivals, including EFFIE, and has ultimately achieved the top position in the AKAR creativity rankings.
My achievements:
• Contributed to over 200 projects.
• Launched more than 10 national campaigns.
• Worked on the large-scale rebranding campaign of Sber.
• Developed a new visual framework and creative materials for the international AI conference, AI Journey.
• Hired and developed a creative team, managing a department of 10 people.
